fun in the sun...

We had a great spring break last week in Anaheim. We love going to Disneyland and since it will be the last one we will get to share together since Ryan is going off to college, we thought we would go back to a vacation spot we love. The weather was beautiful, it was so uplifting to get out of the cold blustery days here and have some sunshine. Amazingly, it wasn't too busy and had minimal wait times so that made it all the more enjoyable. We were excited this year when Mark finally went on all the roller coasters, and even wanted to keep going back! We loved hanging out in Downtown Disney and visiting the Lego store. Josh and Ry had fun hanging out one afternoon with two sisters from their school who were also visiting. I discovered a love of Disney churros and had one almost daily. We had a large hotel room with adjoining rooms and four queen sized beds, which was great when you have two king sized boys. It was right across the street from the entrance to Disneyland, so it was great to come back and take a break for a bit in the afternoons. We ordered our huge 28" pizza that we discovered last time. With 44 pieces, ziplock bags and a fridge and microwave, it fed us for several meals throughout the week. Best value in Anaheim! We spent a fun afternoon on Huntington Beach. It was a bit windy, so we didn't venture much into the water, but had a great time building sandcastles, finding hermit crabs and flying kites. I had fun with the camera that day, so a majority of our pictures are beach pictures. Kelly, Ry and Mark took in an Angel's baseball game while we were there. Mark love baseball and it was fun for them to see a major league game. They had a great time even though the Angel's lost. All in all it was a great week. We did have car problems and the repairs cost us nearly as much as our Disney tickets, but we were grateful they happened once we got to town and not in the middle of the California desert.

It all looks pretty similiar to our trip, just different people in the pictures. I'm glad you guys had a good time, minus the car problems. Just think you still have another fun trip coming.

I jealous of your great trip, but not the laundry you must still be doing.
